Acra Lending is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team!This position is Hybrid, should be able to come in to our Irvine, CA office.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Marketing Director in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing marketing activity, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendarsManage Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to create and design campaigns via email, SMS and journey builder to promote Acra Lending’s programs and servicesCommunicate email campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotionPlan and manage events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing listsLiaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as neededContinually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data, and provide recommendations to marketing leadership Knowledge and Skills RequiredExperience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud – creating and measuring email campaignsExperience organizing and managing events, conferences and trade shows Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketingExcellent writing, communication, and presentation skillsBachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or communications 2 to 3 years’ experience working in a similar rolePast work experience as a marketing coordinator, executive or similar roleProficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPointFamiliarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools (Salesforce and Marketing Cloud)Working knowledge of HTML, design, and email software Physical Demands*While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:Sit for extended periods of timeMove about the office (stand and walk)Reach with arms and grasp with handsPerform tasks using a computer and peripherals (keyboard, mouse, monitor)Hear, talk, read, and writeEmployee is occasionally required to:Lift up to 25 poundsVision requirements include:Close vision (computer monitor, paperwork) To perform the duties of this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform responsibilities and each essential duty satisfactorily.
